Terms and Conditions

We Don’t Allow CASH REFUNDS. Merchandise can only be exchanged within 7Days, if Unused. The Original Package and Labels must be Attached. (Please be reminded that change is not a refund, this means you have to exchange with an item that is of equal amount or more to your original purchase. Should the item be more than the original amount, you will be required to pay the difference.) There are no Guarantees on Lace units: Please refer to the tag attached on the package for maintenance of the hair to avoid damage.

Please keep in mind that the product may differ slightly in appearance and colour depending on style and quality chosen. This also applies to the images posted on our website and social media platforms. We can’t guarantee that the hair will look the same due to styling and camera effects.

Cost of shipping for exchanges will be paid by the client.

Returns/Exchanges are not permitted on customized wigs e.g. if coloring, or a specific style was requested by the client and also for clients that request for their Lace to be cut before its sent/couriered to them.

Wig resizing is done for free if requested within 10 days of purchase.

ALL COURIER FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. You are responsible for all exchange courier costs and we recommend that you use a reputable courier company as Hair Weave Masters will not be held responsible for lost returns.

If your lay-bye has exceeded the stipulated time, you will forfeit the deposit. We treat lay-bye as orders  so you need to inform us 14 days before you intend to release the lay-bye, failure will result to further delays and we won’t be liable for this.

Orders take +- 14 to 21 working days however if there are any unforeseen delays we will be excused for any inconvenience.

HairWeaveMasters now offers 3 grades of hair, Grade 12A, Premium  and Luxury range. There is a quality difference between the grades. Our aim is to ensure all our clients understand the quality, standard and grade of the products offered. It will be the choice of the client to purchase a specific grade of hair, we therefore offer  +-1 year guarantee on 12A, +-2 years on premium and +- 3 years on Luxury range. The guarantee is dependent on maintenance ie good quality products being used and proper handling being followed.

The washing and treatment of the hair is your Full Responsibility. We highly recommend that you ask one of our staff members to advise on how to maintain your hair and which products we recommend to maintain the hair. The tangling of hair is caused by protein build up because of products used or dirt  from humidity so we always advise that you wash the hair regularly or as soon as you see it’s tangling.

We don’t process orders on weekends and during holidays. Products are shipped within 1-2 business days. It can take up to 3-5 business days to process orders on Promotion. Delivery takes a minimum of 2-3 working days depending on your area.

Shipping

All orders within South Africa are shipped via Fastway and Aramex. It takes approximately 2-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Orders shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared in our bank account . For special requests of shipment ,clients are liable for extra costs and risks involved. International orders will be processed according to the client requested courier.

Tracking of shipment is the responsibility of the client not Hair Weave Masters.

Errors and Shipment Delays

We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to or natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified time frame promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported within 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product . However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of the new product.

International Shipments

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
